Qigong is a holistic, self-healing exercise that has been practiced for thousands of years in China. Zhineng QiGong consist of visualizations combined with a series of gentle movements that can be easily learned by anyone who wants to improve health and well-being, and is adaptable to any level of physical ability. Students should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. All movements are done in either a standing or sitting position.

The Labyrinth is quickly becoming recognized as a blueprint that heals and transforms. However, little is known about labyrinths in the general public. This lecture and power point presentation will provide a basic introduction to different forms of labyrinth with an emphasis on the labyrinth from the floor of Chartres Cathedral in France. It will approach the question of why labyrinths work and outline the use of walking the labyrinth as a spiritual practice.
